The aim of Round Table is to form links between young men in an area, and although the formal meetings are for men, an equivalent organization exists called Ladies Circle which was formed in 1932.

Working closely with Round Table and operating along similar lines, Ladies Circle have their own meetings, social events and community fund raising projects.

Membership is open to all women (Wives of Tablers) ages between 18 and 45. With 'Friendship and Service' as the Circle motto, the emphasis is on having fun.
